Sales Certification
Position and sell HailBytes ASM and SAT with confidence: product positioning, competitive landscape, qualification criteria, and the resale mechanics — AWS CPPO and Azure MPO private offers, multi-year and volume discounts.
Certified Engineer
The hands-on technical credential. Deploy and configure HailBytes ASM in a customer's AWS or Azure environment, run discovery and interpret findings, and set up SAT phishing campaigns with post-click training. Certified engineers are named individuals — usable on contract vehicles.
Support Certification
Deliver first- and second-line support to your customers on both products, with HailBytes as your L3 escalation path. Covers common issues, escalation procedure, SLAs, and how to use HailBytes documentation and the status page.
How It Works
1. Study
Work through the study guide for your track — it lists exactly what each exam covers and links every source page. Everything is self-paced.
2. Pass the Exam
Take the online exam for your track. A score of 80% or higher passes. Didn't pass? Review the explanations and retake it — there's no attempt limit and no cost.
3. Get Certified
You receive a unique certificate ID on the spot and your certificate by email. Your certification is recorded with our partner team, counts toward your company's partner status, and can list your company in the certified partner directory.
Show Off Your Badge
Certified individuals and companies may use the matching badge on websites, proposals, and email signatures alongside their certificate ID.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does certification cost?
Nothing. Certification is free for all HailBytes partners, including exam retakes.
Is certification per person or per company?
Per person. Each certificate names an individual and carries a unique certificate ID, so distributors and government primes can list named certified engineers on contract vehicles. Company-level partner status is based on how many certified individuals are on your team.
How long is certification valid?
One year. Recertification is a short delta exam covering what changed — see the changelog and roadmap.
Can we verify a certificate?
Yes. Every certificate carries a unique ID (for example HB-ENGINEER-3F9A2C1B).
