Smishing and vishing simulation
HailBytes SAT runs SMS (smishing) and voice (vishing) simulation campaigns through Twilio, alongside email lures and QR-code lures.
This matters because attackers stopped restricting themselves to email some time ago, while most awareness programs did not. A workforce trained only against email lures has been trained against one channel of three — and the SMS pretext that arrives on a personal phone tends to bypass every technical control the organisation owns.
SMS alerting
HailBytes ASM can use SMS as an alert channel for critical findings, sharing the severity-floor and dedup contract used by PagerDuty, Slack, and the rest — so an exposure pages once, through whichever channel you've chosen, not once per channel.
Email delivery
SendGrid is one of the transactional providers documented for simulation email delivery. The deliverability guide covers the DMARC, SPF, and DKIM alignment specifics, which are a harder problem for simulated phishing than for ordinary transactional mail.
